Needs some work
The Polo like the mint, is missing something. It feels too light on the road and currently I have taken my car to the garage for small repairs 6 times over a 9 month period. I will be going for another car in a couple of years but I will definitely do some more research.

I bought the 1.4TDI in October 2008 with 57K on the clock. Having done another 10K to date the car is excellent on fuel, very comfortable on long journeys and good around town due to its compact size, although, with the rear seats folded flat, takes a lot of filling up.
No real problems apart from 5 bulbs blowing and had to have a new set of disks, this could be down to the car standing around before I bought it as they had become embeded a little?
Would certainly look to replace it with another in the future.

the best ever
I purchased a VW Polo second hand at 13000 miles and without any doubt it's the best and most enjoyable small car small car that I have ever had in my 54 years of driving, and the VW service is not that bad as well.
